Kimberly Truax is an Assisted Living Manager certified by the state of Texas and a former state-certified nursing assistant. She has more than 20 years of experience and an extensive background in caring for seniors from personal care to the promotion of wellness through assisted living. Through many years of her work, individually, and with one of the nation's leaders in senior living, she has developed a genuine love, respect and enthusiasm for seniors. Her grandmother, affectionately known as 'Maw Maw' was the inspiration for Kind Companions (pictured left.)

 

Kimberly has built a team that is committed to creating a higher quality of living for seniors in Denton, Collin and Dallas counties. From experience, she understands what most want and expect from a caregiver. Making an effort to know each client's likes and dislikes, she is able to anticipate many of their needs. She has seen what so many in the industry strive to provide, but simply cannot, because they are "facilities". Facilities often cannot provide or compete with the quality and consistency that one individual can provide.
